The idea of pilgrimage helps the ecumenical movement to actively seek places where the church has not been before, Rev. Prof. Dr Fernando Enns, member of the WCC Central Committee, and of the Mennonite Church in Germany.

The Pilgrimage of Justice and Peace is an initiative “to work together in a common quest, renewing the true vocation of the church through collaborative engagement with the most important issues of justice and peace, healing a world filled with conflict, injustice and pain.”

The World Council of Churches and its member churches invite you to join this pilgrimage, as we seek unity and communion engaging together in concrete action for justice and peace.
