Appeal to the Korean Church
2020 Easter Union Dawn Service:   ''Stop, reflect, turn back"

Korean Christian Church Council (NCCK)
ChurchUnity Committee

The Korean Christian Church Council (NCCK) churchcouncil decided to share the Easter Easter Dawn in 2020with the local church as a 'message'. In celebration of the70th year of the Korean War, together with the Yongsan Parish Council, we decided to make the Easter United Dawn Service, which was prepared under the theme of' 'beyond conflict, into a community of diversity and inclusiveness" as a worship service at each place, and decided to announce the message according to Easter. ■

The Church Unification Committee is praying togetherwith messages tailored to the theme at each place insteadof choosing a joint worship service in the sense of joining the people and the quarantine authorities working to calm the corona virus in the spread. I chose it.

Recognizing that the spread of corona virus around the world has not stopped, we have decided to participate in efforts to protect the community of our society through physical and sanitary distances. We will announce this meaning in the 'appeal to the Korean Church'. This plea appeals that the Korean Church and the quarantine authorities cooperate for the common goal of safety of people's lives, and that the church actively acts as a prevention agent for the community.
