DAY 52 Prayer for Peaceful Reunification

May scholars contribute to peaceful reunification through appropriate research.

God of wisdom, we pray for the scholars who study reunification in Korea. There are many perspectives among those who diagnose and study the reality of the Korean division. While they may have different solutions, unite them in their basic desire for peaceful reunification. May they prepare the way to unity, overcoming differences in ideologies, political parties and regions. May the scholars accurately analyze and evaluate the reality of division. 

God, we especially pray that Christian scholars studying reunification may know your desire. Use them for your will. May they study in Christ’s love to contribute to peaceful reunification. May they be instruments of heavenly peace.

학자들이 한민족의 분단 현실에 대해서 바르게 연구하여 평화통일에 기여하게 하옵소서.

지혜의 하나님! 한반도 통일을 위하여 연구하는 학자들을 위해 기도합니다. 한민족의 분단 현실을 진단하고 연구하는 이들 사이에 여러 가지 통일에 관한 의견들이 있습니다. 구체적인 대안은 다르더라도 평화통일을 위한 마음만은 하나가 되게 하옵소서. 이들로 하여금 남북의 평화적인 통일을 준비하게 하옵소서. 이념과 당파, 지역주의를 넘어서도록 학자들의 마음을 주관하옵소서. 학자들이 분단 현실을 정확하게 분석하고 판단하게 도우소서. 통일에 관한 좋은 연구를 하도록 지혜를 허락하여 주시옵소서. 

하나님, 특별히 통일을 연구하는 크리스천 학자들이 하나님께서 원하시는 바가 무엇인지 바로 보게 하옵소서. 이들이 한민족의 평화통일을 위해 쓰임 받게 하옵소서. 그리스도의 사랑으로 바르게 연구하게 하여 한반도의 평화통일에 기여하도록 인도하옵소서. 이들이 하늘의 평화를 이루는 도구가 되게 하옵소서. 예수 그리스도의 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.
